Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase from Book Attic, but should you wish to return the book that you have ordered either because of.a change of mind or due to an issue with the product, we will try and make the returns process as easy as possible for you.

Change of Mind

We understand, it happens! Please reach out to us via our contact page to obtain a returns delivery address.

  1. Please ensure your return is sent back in the original packaging and condition it was sent otherwise regretfully your return will not be accepted.

  2. Purchase must be returned within 14 days of you receiving the item.

We will normally refund an item within 7 days of receipt back to the returns delivery address. 

If the item has not been returned back in a fully saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or to deduct up to 50% off the original selling price from the refund amount.

Faulty /Damaged Items

We make every effort to deliver our books to you in the condition that is specified as listed on our website. We recommend that you check your order as soon as it is delivered, as this helps to avoid any doubt for items damaged in transit. If your book does proved to be faulty or damaged or you feel it does not match the specification laid out on our website you have 30 days in which to alert us. 

Please do so by contacting us via our contact page, and we will be in touch directly to discuss options with you, which might include: 

  • A return and refund; or

  • an exchange

We kindly ask that for any issues relating to the condition of the book you received, you provide a photo in order for us to best advise a suitable solution.

In the event of a return due to fault or damage caused by Book Attic, we will refund your order in full including any delivery charges and will pay for the return postage or pick-up international returns.


While we offer delivery for parcel items across mainland Europe and the rest of the world. We are unable to coordinate item returns. It is the customers responsibility to organise international returns including payment for any delivery charges incurred. To receive a returns authorisation number (RAN) and arrange your return, contact us via out contact page.
