Green cloth covered boards with gilt and black detailing to front and spine. Black detailing to back board. The boards are bevelled. Corners bumped and rubbed. Some rubbing to external spine guttering. Top and base of spine show signs of wear. Floral endpapers which are tanned. Preface by Silas K. Hocking. B/w frontispiece with tissue guard. Some minor foxing throughout heavier to front and last few pages. Tissue guard is foxed. Binding is tight and text clean. Boards are bright.  Text block edges are gilded.  Preowned. No ISBN.
