About the Author
Robert J Dockery is a mechanical engineer and attorney who graduated from Georgetown Law School.  He practised patent,  trademark,  copyright and business law in Manhattan and later in northern New Jersey.   Dockery gave seminar presentations for the United Nations in various Asian countries and taught business and employment law as an adjunct professor at Ramapo College in New Jersey.  He is a former president of the Ridgewood Art Institute and the International Trademark Association and the former trustee of then Helen Ellis hospital.
